Live Project gives you a place to step out of the noise of an active renovation and work through what is happening with someone who understands investor projects.
The coaching package includes six scheduled, one-hour Zoom calls to use within 60 days, plus text and email access between sessions. Each call gives us dedicated time to discuss your renovation and the decisions you're working through.
We can look at the structure of the project, communication with contractors, progress, responsibilities, and the questions that need more clarity.
The goal is not for me to take over your project or make decisions for you. It is to help you better understand what is happening, identify where clarity may be missing, and approach the decisions in front of you with greater structure and confidence.
