Practice Before the Pressure Is Real

Project Lab is built around realistic renovation scenarios where the answer is not immediately obvious.

You’ll step into situations involving contractors, progress, communication, responsibility, and changing project conditions—and work through them with the group.

The goal is not to memorize the “right” answer. It is to practice sorting through the noise, identifying what needs to be verified, and developing the judgment to lead when a renovation becomes complicated.

What do we know? Separate what is known from what is being assumed.
What needs to be verified? Identify the information needed before drawing conclusions.
Where is responsibility unclear? Look for the gaps that make projects harder to lead.
